Close to a decade ago my husband and I went with our realtor Heidi Jerakis to tour a home under construction. As we walked through the house and saw the craftsmanship and attention to detail I knew one thing and I vocalized it to the builder when I saw him. ‘If I ever build a custom home you will be the one to do it.’ Fast forward 10 years…with what some would call a novel of visions and requests, Jeff remained stoic and continued to answer my calls - though sometimes he may have wished his phone wouldn’t have signal. The end result is my dream turned reality. It's difficult to adequately put into words our experience with Jeff and his entire team at JGH. When we had decided to purchase new construction, we were quite nervous. Home buying had always been stressful for us and we had heard how the building process could just compound that. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. Everyone that Jeff brings to his team are top notch. Like him, they are local, and invested in the community and their customers. I have a background in building code, and can attest that JGH doesn’t just meet standards, they exceed them, resulting in some of the best residential building construction I have ever seen. Not a single corner in our home was cut, yet everything was completed on schedule.

The build and purchase of our home was our reprieve from stresses of selling and moving. Jeff and everyone on his team treated us like family and continue to do so. Jeff kept us in the loop from the time the footers were poured, until the time we walked through our doors and beyond, making every step along the way easy. In the end, we had our dream home, a few new friends, and the comfort and security of a well built house. Thank you JGH, you will always be OUR hometown heroes.
