Our Build Your Own program is very popular! We often hear from clients that this was the easiest house transaction they have ever experienced!
We will assist in picking a lot and then work with you from start to finish on the build. We can use an existing Floorplan for your build or can introduce you to an architect to design your home your way from top to bottom. JGH Building & Consulting has built many homes in a variety of price points. Finishes can be customized and homes completed just the way you have imagined for many years!
Remember, once the lot is chosen the build will take about 6 months due to permitting etc. If this is of interest, contact us sooner than later so we can get a plan in place and get started with the execution!
