This floorpan has become one of our most popular in 2018! It is a very desirable Open Concept Floorplan that can be built in a variety of ways depending on clients wants and needs. The base size on the top 2 levels is 2148 Sq Ft. Many clients have chosen to do a 2 level bump out on the basement and main level providing a Morning Room just off of the kitchen. We have customized finishes with everything from Built Ins in the Family Room to Barn Doors in the Master. We have a variety of elevations to select from as well.
